Customer Success: San Diego Padres

Integrated IoT device monitoring and management to the San Diego Padres building automation system (BAS) platform. This enabled the JIG-SAW to provide remote monitoring of the digital signage and kiosks in the stadium.

Use Cases

Shutter Manufacturer

We implemented a comprehensive monitoring and analysis system for a shutter manufacturer, focusing on tracking the opening and closing cycles and analyzing error logs. This solution aims to minimize the risk of operational downtime.  Our 24/7 operation enables the predictive maintenance and minimize the downtime.

Vending Machine Manufacturer

Implemented a monitoring system for waste containers next to vending machines, notifying responsible personnel when the level reaches a certain threshold. This feature reduces the workload of checking for overflowing garbage multiple times a day. 

Electric Vehicle (EV) Charger Manufacturer

Connecting the charging and discharging units to the cloud enabled remote control features. Users can now monitor the operational status, receive email notifications in case of errors, and perform operations such as starting or stopping the unit using smartphone applications. Additionally, remote software updates are now possible.

 

Plant Factory Operator

Real-time and remote visualization of overall plant factory information, including any abnormalities affecting harvest, was achieved. This enabled the creation of mechanisms for producing higher-quality vegetables. The use of Salesforce streamlined management.

 

Industrial Equipment Manufacturer

By installing sensors on each forklift, we can now monitor their operational status. Visualizing trends in usage during specific time periods and usage rates across different warehouses allows for informed decisions on new forklift purchases tailored to usage patterns.
